Our Ashwagandha tea is a relaxing blend that helps the body deal with stress and anxiety. It has a refreshing flavor, is caffeine free, and is enjoyed best with a little sweetener and some milk.
Brewing Instructions: Bring water to a rolling boil, add 2-4 grams of tea, remove from heat and allow to steep 5-10 minutes. Next, filter out the tea, add some sugar based sweetener to increase absorption, and enjoy!
